You can easily arrange your shift a flexible time and place. You can always sub for others if you want to make extra money.

Cons

Work hour is usually from 3pm to 8pm, in which time traffic is usually bad. Cannot expect it is a well-paid job.

There weren't many pro about this place. They didn't require you to actually know what you're doing since most of the other instructors I worked with were not smart.

Cons

There's a lot of cons. They make you teach bratty little kids and that sucks. Little kids are horrible
