- Good work environment. Very positive. - Plenty of rewarding student/teacher interaction. -Management is respectful. Organized. This is a great opportunity for those aspiring to build their resume and to receive general experience in this career.

Cons

- Short breaks during long shifts (15 min lunch break) - If you can't control a classroom of hyperactive kids, you're in trouble! - The environment is not always conducive to effective learning. Classroom sizes will sometimes be too much for just one teacher to manage.
