Amazing people, leadership, benefits. Lots of trust placed in employees. Free lunches, snacks. Very family focused.

Cons

Fast paced, high stress, long hours. But it's all worth it.

Pros

Flexibility, ability to WFH when needed Benefits, good health insurance, BETA doctor, and lunch provided Brilliant and kind people, great to make friends and long-term networking connections

Cons

Disorganized, no real oversight of what people are working on, or budgets No 401K match Lack of transparency Senior leadership that lacks leadership experience A lot of people get away with doing little to no work, while others work hard

Pros

Everyone who's there wants to be there and loves what they do. The "flat org chart" means that no one is micromanaged (honestly, some of us aren't even macro-managed) and everyone has to make decisions about how they can best contribute to their team's and the company's goals. If you want a career where you can float along and be told what to do and how to do it every day, this ain't it. If you want the freedom and responsibility to help steer a very cool ship in whatever large or small way you can, welcome aboard, grab an oar, get rowing!

Cons

Expect some late nights. Not all the time - but they happen. No 401(k) match.
