Pros

Everyone who's there wants to be there and loves what they do. The "flat org chart" means that no one is micromanaged (honestly, some of us aren't even macro-managed) and everyone has to make decisions about how they can best contribute to their team's and the company's goals. If you want a career where you can float along and be told what to do and how to do it every day, this ain't it. If you want the freedom and responsibility to help steer a very cool ship in whatever large or small way you can, welcome aboard, grab an oar, get rowing!

Cons

Expect some late nights. Not all the time - but they happen. No 401(k) match.

- Great company culture - Exciting, fast-paced, potentially world-changing work - Lots of smart people who (in my experience) are great to work with and who actually care about what they do. - Sweet office with great lunch - Free flying lessons - Green mountains everywhere, Lake Champlain

- Flat management lacks clarity, difficult to meet needs sometimes - Unclear what career advancement looks like here - Some policy and expectations unclear
