Pros

Personally, I love it here! If you are a self starter that loves autonomy this is an amazing place. Great culture, solid pay/benefits, really great mission. Lots of the smartest folks from multiple disciplines, always running into humble superstars.

Cons

If you require rigid structure, this is not your tribe. If there is a problem and you know a solution, it is expected that you, like Vanilla Ice will "solve it" currently 300ish employees, hoping culture does not change as there is growth.

Pros

Fun and relaxing work environment, flight lessons, and amazing lunches. If you do not require structure then this place is for you.

Cons

No delegation of authority, lack of clear guidance from anyone who is in "leadership", lack of training, zero support from HR - quite honestly, the company is growing too fast and it can't keep up. Flat management style can't last forever.
