Pros

BLP is shedding all of the clutter of the US healthcare system and trying to care for people with addiction in a completely new, lower barrier, and more loving way. I love my work here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Cons

The work of building a new intervention while it's running is a challenge, but if you are flexible and creative, it's completely surmountable.
