Business Outlook
Pros
The collaboration and teamwork at BLP, especially in the Central team, are amazing. Everyone is so helpful and understanding as we all learn and grow professionally and personally. The company shows appreciation to its employees and there is no sense of micromanagement or superiority. There is also a great sense of flexibility.
Cons
One challenge is the ever-changing way that we do things simply because of company growth and state policies, but I believe this to be an opportunity to develop my skills of adaptability. I would also like more opportunities to grow within my career things can feel stagnant at times, but I do appreciate the consistent challenges and learning experiences.
