      Teams here are vibrant and innovative. I felt inspired working with such diverse talent.

      Cons

      The longer I worked here, the more their “culture of feedback” became unrealistic expectations, lack of career coaching due to un-experienced middle managers, and demoralizing work ethics.

      lots of potential but too much ego at top

      our coaches make us great at what we do and providing accessibility to coaching through a mobile app is really cool and has a lot of positive outcomes for organizations and their employees. the mission of improving professionals lives through coaching is why most of us choose to work here. smart and dedicated coworkers who believe the same is a bonus and there is lots of potential

      Cons

      the downside is there seems to be no clear strategy, morale is low, and the layoffs hurt us. decisions appear ego-driven and transparency depends on whether your in managements circle of friends/family that get shuffled around to different roles, at the cost of others. managers gaslight and undermine employees because they are in over their heads. things have been going downhill since the beginning of this year but there still is potential to be so much better. new management and fresh ideas needed
