Pros

Leadership team is engaging, smart and approachable. Execs care equally about worker health and happiness while delivering a quality experience to their customers. The kindness and compassion shown to employees and customers alike during the height of the pandemic told me I made the right decision picking Bevi. Office environment is fun, comfortable and safe. Company is taking every necessary precaution around COVID-19. Scrappy team of sales and marketing, lots of brilliant engineers and support, all ready to pivot and adapt to the changes we're living through. The future looks bright.

Cons

In post-lockdown mode. Like any startup, expect to carry several job responsibilities at this juncture. As the team grows, task delegation is already happening to allow for more focus on priority projects. Work from home options are essential but can make communication slower. All of this is temporary and understandable.

great product that is easy to sell. people are easy to work with. the environment is fun. great work-life balance.

Cons

sometimes you feel like a glorified brand ambassador that gets paid well - it's not glamorous, but it is fulfilling to help people use less plastic and give them a product they can genuinely love and use.
