Pros

I worked at Bevi for a year and really enjoyed my experience there. I found my coworkers to be an awesome support group and loved the teamwork mentality. The company moves fast, so the work is never boring and your work matters as does your perspective. I found it easy to have clear and honest communication with my coworkers and management while simultaneously maintaining a light-hearted and fun work environment.

Pros

Solid culture of friendship and camaraderie; great product with great vision leading the market with an industry-leading feature set. Noble mission to reduce plastic waste.

Cons

Self-serving leadership exists to micromanage and self-promote to widen the power gap between those doing the work and those responsible for their results. Incompetent management nitpicks without expertise and lacks empathy while clearly not reading or processing written communications. Narcissistic product development approach accepts few inputs while presenting little data to support product-market fit. Hypocritical mismatch between plastic-waste-reduction and cost-cutting plastic product. Leadership stubbornly adheres to their hypotheses despite unanimous dissent from engineering teams. Little opportunity for advancement amid department that rewards yesmen and silences opposing viewpoints.
