Pros
I’ve been working at Bevi for a while now, and I’m happy coming into work everyday. I feel that my work is contributing to something really meaningful - saving our planet from plastic waste. Bevi is different from places I’ve worked at in the past. Everyone is passionate about the product, and overall there’s a real sense of camaraderie. There seems to be a lack of politics and drama. We’re growing fast and hitting our goals, so there's a lot of good energy here. I like all of the founders and the executives as well. It's a team of quirky, friendly and intelligent people.
Cons
No start-up is without its flaws, so there are the typical growing pains, but they are being handled well. It is very “start-upy” here. If you’re looking to be a part of a very buttoned-up place this isn’t it.
