The product, management, lack of customer service. This company began hiring contractors at half the pay and then removed dedicated employees.

Everyone is on board with the mission of the company and all contribute to the success that Bevi has had so far. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk into the office and it's such a fun and welcoming environment to be a part of!!

- Managers and founders are invested in your personal and career growth - Super supportive community - Ability to gain experience in different areas because of diverse start-up needs and tasks - Genuine, kind, intelligent, and passionate co-workers - Working for a great product - Unlimited flavored, sparkling, and still water!

Cons

- Lack of transparency in company especially regarding some recent structure changes - Cross-company communication is more difficult as number of employees grow
