You're expected to pull your weight and contribute fully. A great place to learn from incredibly talented and dynamic people. The skills, work ethics and personal flaws I learnt at Bevi will always stay with me. Great work environment! A lot of opportunity for personal growth and reflection. Ideal place to work at if you are hands-on, dedicated, a self-motivator, and open to questioning yourself and grow even when it might be difficult. Challenging and fast work pace which is great as things don't get monotonous or mundane, and its evident the company is always striving to improve and expand. Everyone is very friendly : perfect balance between dynamic professionals and laid-back.
Cons
Not much cons other than general minor issues with communication since the company is very young but with time and openness that goes away. The company does daily quick status update meetings and weekly wrap up meetings so everyone is on the same page and cohesive, which helps keep everyone involved and motivated. Everyone's ideas and thoughts are well respected whether you're senior member or intern.
