      Pros

      Highly transparent management team who truly care about customers and employees. Sean O took time to talk to every employee when he came on as COO. He was genuinely interested in learning how the company could get better. It felt good to know my opinions mattered.

      Cons

      Since the company is ramping up, there are changes to processes that need to be learned quickly. Sales reps are required to work a minimum of one evening per week, but the consumer interest is strong.

      Pros

      Decent pay but inevitably they always figure out how to take or manipulate you out of your bonus.

      Cons

      Management is horrendous in this company. Promotions are strictly due to friendships and anyone that knows anything in that company usually gets run out the door.

      Pros

      Good enviorment. The co-workers are good to get along with. The managers are helpful with training, and advice. The money is there to be made if you are willing to put in the work. Location easy to get to.

      Cons

      It is a grind. It is not something that will come quickly. A lot of information to learn coming in with no experience. Definitely and ideal place to work.
