Great Company - massive potential

Pros

Incredible culture, people are a huge differentiator for customers and partners. Breadth of portfolio is a massive positive to hit more use cases than competitors in the space. Leadership is solid and not afraid to make tough choices and changes where needed.

Cons

Need the rest of the company outside of Sales to own their part in working through growing pains - many small but annoying issues to deal with from an order processing, legal and customer success perspective - but nothing insurmountable.

Pros

Really solid technology for the Avecto and BeyondTrust solutions. Great people Okay benefits Great opportunity to join a company and learn.

Cons

When Bomgar acquired BeyondTrust, everything became "cheap". Pay is meh. Only equity offered is to buy in yourself. No 401K company match offered at the time. Company went from solution selling to transactional selling. Actually saw SE's being rewarded for how many transactions (Secure Remote Access products) done, not based on revenue generated.

I agree we have great people and technology. We also spend a lot of time developing our employees both from a leadership and functional expertise so I appreciate you calling that out. I apologize for some communication errors as we absolutely have a 401K match, commission our SEs on revenue, offer equity for some roles (and are proud that we allow employees to buy into the private equity fund), and think our pay is very competitive. Best of luck in your next opportunity.

ok place to work but could use a cleansing of upper management.

Cons

Upper management doesn't listen to the needs of lower-level employees.
