Pros
Very positive work environment. A product worth being proud of. Excellent treatment of and respect for all employees. The company buys catered lunch and pizza for everyone twice per week. Management is very flexible about needed time off, and very open and responsive to new ideas. Company philosophy and core values keep the employees and leadership pointed in the right direction, toward good for the company and its people. Great relationship with my own boss, as well as the heads of other departments.
Cons
I honestly can't think of a single one. Well, I have to actually go to work. :) No downside that having a job in general doesn't have. I wouldn't be working anywhere else. Grateful to be a part of this company, especially in the current economy and national job environment.
