      Thanks for the feedback and specifically the call out of our products and people. We are in a great industry and our people are what allows us to be successful. I am sorry that you feel that your compensation and quotas are not aligned. We continue to work to do so but are always looking for improvements. I share your frustrations about our offices, such as Melbourne’s, not being open during COVID but we want to follow local guidelines around the safety of our employees. Hopefully, we will be able to make them available again soon.

It is our people who are the main reason employees say they enjoy working at BT. I am sorry you feel that politics are present and that we are not up to date on our management capabilities. We are always looking to improve so if you have any suggestions please reach out to your manager or HRBP so that we can rectify the situation.

      Pros

      I have worked at BT for a long time and it just keeps getting better and better. It has really matured into a company that both cares about the employee and the company culture.

      Cons

      We haven't had free lunches for a long time :)

      Thank you for your long tenure at the company. I am glad you have seen us grow and mature over the years. Our goal is to keep growing and maturing to an even better company by caring for our employees and focusing on our customers. I share your frustration around the no lunches, as it was a great way for people to get together, but due to COVID we felt it was not safe for our employees. Our virtual get togethers have been wonderful. However, I still prefer talking to people in person. When it is safe, we will bring the lunches back.
