Used to be a good company to work for. Forward looking.

Cons

After the acquisition, people just do not care. Support is just a lip service, support is a constance let down and corporate just does not care. Services is another one where everything is going to be outsourced. They cut our comms and let an established leader leave for the lousiest of reasons. Now most people are leaving.

Some good perks include free snacks, drinks, gym, games room. Nice people to work with in the office. Free lunches on Tuesday

Cons

Really poor management - micromanagement, complete lack of training and development opportunities, lack of trust of individuals. The company overpromises on the employee experience and completely under delivers - I have been here less than a year and looking to leave already!

Thanks for the comments and calling out our people as a positive. Not sure I agree with your review title. Twice a year we do pay analysis to ensure our employees are being paid fairly and have had higher than average merit increases over the past few years. In addition, per our employee survey, the mass majority of our employees agree that we pay them fairly. Finally, we do offer stock. I am sorry that BT was not a good fit for you and wish you well on your future endeavors.
