      Pros

      The help desk is friendly and awesome. If you are a manager you can date your subordinates. The AC felt nice.

      Cons

      Management constantly interviews to lay people off to cover their inability to lead, motivate and inspire workers. It is an atmosphere of paranoia led by narcissism. If you ever want to get promoted you have to quit. Use reverse psychology frequently here.

      Pros

      Nice people. Positive and supportive culture

      Cons

      Sales gets used and thrown away. Promises are made and very little is delivered on. Terrible senior sales leadership at the top of the sales ranks. Quotas are completely unrealistic which is causing massive turn-over. Territories are a mess, data is downright awful and it's going to get re-swizzled again for 2022. It's been going on for years. The "ELT" is out of touch with reality and live in a vacuum.

      I am sorry your time at BeyondTrust was not successful. We have seen higher turnover this year than in the past, but it is in line with the broader market right now. Based on recent employee surveys as well as conversations around the company, our high engagement scores are driven by our team members’ belief in our support for our customers, the community among our employees, and the ability our team members have to develop and grow their careers. Unfortunately, it seems we did not do a good job of connecting with you personally, and I wish that could have been different. Just as any company, we have opportunities to improve.       Pros

      There are SOME really great people from legacy Avecto and Bomgar who still work there.

      Cons

      Too many to list but the main problem is unethical and cutthroat leadership practices from the top down. They will do whatever it takes to make this company profitable and cut every corner in sight. Even worse is the fact that they try so hard to portray a profile of "transparency" and "concern" for their employee base. Don't let this fool you as they have proven time and again that they will stop at nothing to make a buck. Don't fall for the elevator pitch they give you about "being on the podium" or "being number one". Just don't work here.
