Some nice people. Good benefits

Cons

Feels like management don’t know what they’re doing. A lot of hiring and firing. Very clicky environment. With what fees like a hard push fake company values. When push comes to shove you are a number and can be replaced. Bullying culture in sales with - well it’s always been done this way. Old boys club.

Not sure I agree with your title of “Sinking ship.” Most sinking ships do not exceed the Rule of 40 growth metric. I do take your concerns around fake values, harassment, and a bully culture very seriously as these are not acceptable. - Easy access to management for everyone. - Great team environment. Nobody plays "blame game", just focus on solving problems - Ability to work remotely when necessary is great flexibility to have - Overall good compensation package - Awesome workspace - Fun environment

Cons

Nothing really major with the company itself. Just needs to do more work to integrate products. Something that will come with time.

The workload is high and burnout is a real problem.
