      A leader in PAM with a strong solution set, but middle management is proving detrimental

      Pros

      - Great technology solution set - Products map well to customer benefits and positive outcomes - Supportive colleagues - You are kept updated from product managers and executive management - Good compensation plans

      Cons

      - Company values are clearly not understood or executed at a mid management level (teamwork, integrity, humility, passion, accountability and results) - Mid management preaches trust and autonomy, but ultimately controls and tell you what to do if a challenge is raised - Mid managent does not want to hear feedback, let alone action any suitable changes - Mid management do not speak openly or transparently, one thing is agreed then next thing its changed and not communicated back - Mid management are completely unable to keep to dead lines, one example is compensation plans being sent out 3 months late

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I agree that our products and the people who support them are excellent and really meet our customer needs. I am sorry you had a bad experience with middle management. As you pointed out we strive to “Be honest, be clear, be transparent” and have put in place training and feedback to get to that point. While we believe we have set ourselves up for success, we know the work is never done and we can get better.

      Good culture, plenty of career progression and a leader in universal privilege management.

      Cons

      None I can think of to be honest.

      BeyondTrust is a great place to work

      Pros

      Positive leadership that is caring and people focused, flexible hours and work from home, great perks and culture, fast-paced workplace environment with go getter mentality, growing quickly

      Cons

      Pay could probably be a bit more competitive but it is accounted for in great culture and other perks

      Appreciate the review. Our leadership is key to guide the organization in the right direction. However, without the “go getter” attitude of our employees we would not be successful. While we believe our compensation is fair, we continue to review the market and make adjustments
