      Pros

      Highly relevant product, strong leadership across the board and inclusive and amazing company culture.

      Cons

      No stock options or ongoing stock purchasing programs. The current equity participation program leaves much to be desired.

On the stock options, while we believe we are compensating our employees fairly, we are continually reviewing our total rewards package and looking for enhancements.

      • Great support from my team for getting up to speed in my role. • Allowed to provide ideas (in fact it’s encouraged) and allowed to implement against agreed priorities. • Very collaborative environment and everyone one is approachable and willing to assist. • All work is appreciated, and feedback provided is constructive and always aims towards my development. • Diversity and Inclusion is not just words on a PowerPoint, it is central to the culture and there are loads of great initiatives available that encompass this. I am not used to a culture like this, it is nothing like my previous company and I really appreciate it.
