      Career Opportunities for Sales Professionals

      Pros

      BeyondTrust is a great place to work if you’re new to Cyber Security, fresh out of school or coming from a different industry like myself. The SDR program specifically is very well run with solid leadership in place. They actually take the time to get to know you as well as invest in your future. I’ve been in sales prior to joining BeyondTrust and this is hands down the best company I’ve been at.

      I don’t have any issues and it is truly a great place to be.

      Used to be an amazing place to work

      Pros

      The people are amazing and the heart of the company.

      Cons

      After the acquisition, things went downhill. The ELT pretends to value the employees but in the drop of a hat will turn on you. They are so focused on renewals that sales is treated like second class citizens. Policies are built to work against new business. Leadership promotes "their own" instead of hiring the best person for the job. There are constant changes in the organization and they have had to bring in multiple consultants because the ELT isn't experienced enough to take the company where it needs to go. Anyone that is drinking the kool-aid will be just fine. If you don't, you will be out before you can take your next breath.

We are sorry you feel the ELT and our policies are not as supportive or capable as they should be. We continue to change and develop and are always looking to improve. We do not agree that we view renewals as more important than new business. Both are equally important to BeyondTrust’s long term success.

      Pros

      I have been at BeyondTrust since 2005. The company really cares about employee engagement, making sure that people are happy so that we are most effective. Benefits are outstanding, and culture is fun and energetic.

      Cons

      When I started with the company, there were about 20 people. Now we total about 1,000. The small company feel is gone, but that's really the only con I can think of.

      Thank you for your long term service at the company, we have grown a lot in the past 15 years and we are pleased you have been with us during that time. Although the small company feel might be gone, I am glad that we have been able to maintain our culture and caring for our employees.
