Appreciate the kind words and detailed review. I agree that our benefits (such as remote working and PTO), flexibility, and teamwork are part of what makes BeyondTrust special. I hear you on the finding time for learning and training. Part of our employee value proposition is Becoming who you want to be in your career. Having time to develop and train is important to achieving this. We strive to find time for all employees but there is work to be done so please reach out to your manager or HRBP with any ideas.

I am sorry the pay is not meeting your expectations. We do review it twice per year, and benefits once per year, to ensure that we are competitive but sounds like we have some more work to do in this area. Appreciate you being part of the team.
