      Pros

      Great culture, kind people to work with, great customers, tons of resources for employees. Huge pro is onboarding at BT, sets you up for success.

      Cons

      Newer teams can be unorganized/not supported, extremely busy due to short staffing, preach work life balance but it is hard with workload sometimes - although will take it off your plate if you ask, customers will suffer. Lacking cross team collaboration due to old habits during transition to SaaS model. Low pay in industry

      Appreciate the review. I especially like that you called out our customers, culture, and employees. Glad that you had a strong onboarding experience as we have really worked to get that in place so employees feel connected quickly. I agree we need to move to the SaaS model as quickly as possible due to its positive effects on our customers. It is a strategic priority of ours and we are making strong progress each year.       I am sorry your personal experience at BT did not meet up with your expectations. I agree we have competitive pay and good people to work with. I am sorry you felt there was micromanagement going on. We continue to have high standards and in-depth training for our managers but we know there is always room for improvement.
