      Pros

      BeyondTrust is an organization that embraces change and has a "can do" attitude. This is all done with the help of collaborative and forward thinking colleagues across all areas of the business. There is also a big focus on well being and a flexible place to work. Employee benefits are good.

      Cons

      Being a remote first company with some hybrid roles, it is not for people who want to work mainly in an office or face to face environment.

      Appreciate the review. I really like that you called out our can do attitude as it represents one of our core values of Passion. For us, these core values are not just words on a wall but what drives our culture. As you mention, we are a global majority remote company but do have offices for those employees, and there are many of them, who want to work in a face to face environment.

      Pros

      BeyondTrust is filled with amazing, talented, focused individuals that believe strongly in teamwork. Their goals are clear, their mission is focused and a strong emphasis is put on corporate alignment. With a remote first approach, employee work life balance is taken very seriously. I couldn't be more happy to be part of this organization.

      I have nothing negative to add except I wish I had joined this organization sooner in my career!
