      Great experience from the start!

      Pros

      Professional experience from hiring process, to interview, then hiring and finally working. The hiring process was exciting. Exceeded all my expectations albeit relatively long from contact to first interview. I went through 5 almost back-to-back rounds of interviews. There was no question left unanswered. Completely open book. From the day I started, I was treated like I was part of the team. There was no micro-management and I was left to do what I was hired to do, my job! Understanding the companies vision helped with product direction without obstacles. I found the direction of the company was clear and market leading. I'm excited for the future of the combined BeyondTrust family. We are definitely market leaders and the portfolio's are amongst the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Some old baggage from the acquired companies but there is a clear vision to integrate all the products.

      Pros

      Overall BeyondTrust is a great place to work. The company culture is great and leadership genuinely seems to care about the interest of the employees.

      Cons

      There are still some backend processes and procedures that need to be ironed out, but that is to be expected when 4 companies merge.

      You'll want to work here if you like/love the following: -Dynamic and fast-paced industry -Transparent and clear leadership -An inclusive and diverse workforce -Many opportunities to grow and be challenged in your position -Many opportunities to grow and be challenged in another position if you so wish -High level and numerous avenues to connect with co-workers professionally and on a personal level (workout groups, pet pics!, book clubs, etc.) -Smart and engaging coworkers -An extremely human company in an extremely high-tech industry -Work/Home Life Balance is more than just buzzwords - it's excellent -Extremely high emphasis on creating a healthy workplace culture -Great benefits, PTO policy & compensation You will feel seen. You will feel heard. You will feel like part of workplace family.
