4yThanks for the feedback and specifically the call out of our products and people. We are in a great industry and our people are what allows us to be successful. I am sorry that you feel that your compensation and quotas are not aligned. We continue to work to do so but are always looking for improvements. I share your frustrations about our offices, such as Melbourne’s, not being open during COVID but we want to follow local guidelines around the safety of our employees. Hopefully, we will be able to make them available again soon.
