401k match, good benefits, 1 day catered lunch

Cons

unattainable quotas, high turnover rate, lack of transparency from management, top level management leaving to other organizations, owned by Private Equity firm has caused vision, mission and goals to be at a complete disarray, several acquisitions hasn't helped.

Some good perks include free snacks, drinks, gym, games room. Nice people to work with in the office. Free lunches on Tuesday

Cons

Really poor management - micromanagement, complete lack of training and development opportunities, lack of trust of individuals. The company overpromises on the employee experience and completely under delivers - I have been here less than a year and looking to leave already!

Lots of fast moving projects in the company that could make some feel overwhelmed. Benefits could be better.
