Pros

BeyondTrust has been a great place to work with a lot of change. It’s a fast-paced environment. Upper management is receptive to feedback and there is a lot of opportunity to make an impact the company.

Cons

Not sure if it’s just me, but my salary is way below average for this type of role and industry. Because of all the changes, there can be long periods of chaos and instability. Optimistic this settles down in the near future.

Appreciate the comments. I am glad you pointed out that management is open to feedback. We work on keeping an “open door policy” , have monthly company updates, run semi annual employee engagement surveys, as well as create opportunities to meet and ask questions of our leaders. We find this transparency and bidirectional flow of information is important to our growth.

Thank you for the review. I am not sure I would say we are a sales-oriented company as much as a customer oriented one. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

-Flexibility on the job if you need to go to an appointment its a give or take relationship. -No micro management. -On-call rotation chance to earn more. -1 month vacation. -Full Benefits. -Work from home fulltime. -Team work and always challenging.

Cons

-On the spot bonus would be welcome. Bills are tight spread the wealth. It let's us know we are valued. -Time for learning and training needs to be increased. - The pay scale is what keeps people in one spot. If it takes 7 years to make $10k more a year it gets eaten up with inflation.

Appreciate the kind words and detailed review. I agree that our benefits (such as remote working and PTO), flexibility, and teamwork are part of what makes BeyondTrust special. I hear you on the finding time for learning and training. Part of our employee value proposition is Becoming who you want to be in your career. Having time to develop and train is important to achieving this. We strive to find time for all employees but there is work to be done so please reach out to your manager or HRBP with any ideas.
