      Career progression is not defined in certain roles

      Good training materials Good medical benefits Engagement and general management presence is felt but not too "down-the-throat'/tryhard, which I appreciate. This is from the perspective of an individual contributor. Glad to be part of the team

      Cons

      Certain matters can only be handled cross time-zones by other teams etc, so certain expectations need to be managed

      Currently, I can't think of any significant cons. Everything seems to be running smoothly, and I have had a positive experience so far.
