      Ok place to work

      Pros

      People are genuine and want to make a difference, sales enablement improved a lot in 2023/24 and a lot of positivity around identity security insights.

      Cons

      There are a lot of management who have been there many years and don't have much of an outside view and believe the BT way is perfect. When feeding back there does not seem the desire to listen to recommendations from outsiders.

      Very nice people, nice company to be at, and has very steady growth and revenue.

      Products may be harder to sell in some markets.

      Company that rewards hard work

      Pros

      Work life balance is amazing. HR and Management care about your welbeing. Company rewards hard work and success, with training, promotions, meetups (Home and aboard), competitive salary and even recently giving the whole company a day off for reaching a EBIDTA milestone. Great place to work in an exciting market.

      Cons

      Giving the company a 3 day weekend was amazing...but makes me wish we had a 3 day weekend. This really is a great place to work.
