8yI appreciate your perspective on Bomgar. Managing the successful evolution from a founder-led company to a larger global organization is always a balancing act. There has been a lot of changes over the past 3.5 years since Bomgar was acquired by private equity investors and I realize some folks are not going to be comfortable with those changes. I will continue to work with the leaders/managers across the business to ensure we communicate rationale for changes and that we provide an environment where employees such as yourself would feel comfortable escalating issues if they did not feel as if they were being heard.
