      1. No Micromanaging 2. Friendly atmosphere 3. Fair Benefits. 4. Good place to work when it is the only option.

      Cons

      1. Absolutely no growth. If you are a person who likes to grow then this isn't the right place for you. 2. No appreciation whatsoever. 3. Compensation is way below the national average. If you are sole breadwinner of your family then be prepared to starve.

      Top notch market vision leveraging in-house development on top of key acquisitions to deliver a comprehensive PAM solution that actually works and solves diverse privilege management needs. Knowledgeable peers and supporting managers that know when to get involved to assist in goals.

      Cons

      With a broad product portfolio, it can be easier to become a champion of one vs. a trusted advisor for the full suite.

      Great environment to develop cyber security knowledge

      Pros

      Leader in a couple of cyber security markets. Employees very strong technically. Open, transparent management culture all the way up to the board. Very focused on customer success. Extremely committed and focused employees.

      Cons

      Like all companies in the cyber security space, BeyondTrust is growing so fast it has little window of opportunity to implement new systems, processes, procedures, check and balances required to execute as well as it could.
