Pros

Unique Tools in a really hot privileged account market. Multiple products in more than one space that work and solve actual customer problems. Lots of talent across the organization. Authentic peers that are willing to help. Passion at every level of the company. Overall amazing company to work for that cultivates success in people and products.

Cons

Distributed company infrastructure - lots of remote employees - contributes to inconsistency in messaging. Internal technical education and training needs improvement - lots of content, no 'internal' path to get up to speed on the products.

Pros

The benefit package is the best I've ever had. There is ample paid time off and free snacks/drinks. Catered lunch on Tuesdays.

Cons

I find it hard to believe that the current version of Bomgar is what Joel Bomgar envisioned. I was drawn to work there because it was different than most corporations. There was a feeling of humbleness and family, but it seems all of the good is slowly being sucked out. Bomgar leans on core values, yet they are slowly taking away from the employees, and it's hard not to see that corporate greed is at fault.

A different company than it used to be.

Pros

The majority of the employees are exceptional to work with, especially those from the days of Bomgar 1.0.

Cons

With the departure of Joel Bomgar, it has become a very different company than it used to be. More focus on the bottom line will gradually show less and less consideration for the employees who make the company and products successful.
