      Pros

      Lots! Cool products, cool industry. Kind, smart teammates who value your input and want you to succeed. There's room for people to grow and folks are encouraged to pursue learning and development, with actual resources to help. Plus, a competitive salary and solid PTO. Company kickoff was bananas — super grateful for a retreat to celebrate successes and plan for more together. Haven't been here long, but hope I am! This is genuinely the best place I've worked.

      Cons

      Still fresh, but I haven't experienced any cons. If I do have constructive feedback in the future, I feel psychologically safe enough to speak up.

Company kick off, where we invested in bringing together all 1500 employees from around the world, was awesome and such a great way to start a new year.       Best company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      - Fast growing business with an interesting mission and satisfaction in that the work we do really adds value to our customers. - Great culture of supporting each other, rewarding hard work and true flexibility. - Leadership are very transparent and ensure each employee feels involved in the business's success.

      Cons

      - Slightly limited career paths across the business, more evident in non-sales but this is fairly typical in most businesses.
