      Pros

      A company that has great values that aren't just a slide in the annual deck but are actually embraced and lived by everyone from the top down. Great people, encouraging, inclusive environment and opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Travel policy is about the only area where there is less thought about how much the employee is committing vs the cost to the company. Not a problem for those on the road and legitimate expenses are paid promptly without question.

      Pros

      -Culture is very nice -HR/People team in particular are very good -Very accommodating of personal emergencies, childcare etc -They genuinely care about their people

      Cons

      -Product Management is a bit disorganised, senior engineering leadership a bit weak -Pension not great -Tends to be below market for salary and slow to react (you have to have a competing job offer to get a meaningful increase)

      As a member of the HR team I appreciate the kinds words about our function. I work with incredible people who are experts at their job, truly care about their people, and really understand how HR supports doing great work for our clients. I am sorry that your experience with Product Management and Senior Leadership did not meet expectations. We know how challenging our market can be in terms of salaries and recently did a large increase for employees around the world to address it. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

      Great environment, everyone is willing to help and work-life balance is highly appreciated.

      Cons

      No downside so far maybe wider benefits scheme in the near future.
