      Pros

      Pay was okay. Free coffee and Free Chips. Vulnerability Products are average

      Cons

      The Management cater to a bunch of cronies. The raises are only given to a selected few of the programmers that brown nose to management. The perks are good when you belong to the chosen group. They send management to Luxurious Hawaiian vacations while laying off people during the Holidays. There are no raises to common employee. Only a selected Group of folks get refunds for Riding the Toll Road. Advise for the new Applicants, run in the opposite direction.

      Pros

      People Culture Product Training/Learning/Development This is a fantastic company to work for. I've been here for just over 6 months, and never have I enjoyed working anywhere as much. The culture here is fantastic, and the company does right by its employees. How many times can you actually say you've had that in a business?

      Cons

      I really struggle to find any. The place is fantastic. If anything, being a smaller company that has grown rapidly can be a bit tough finding the correct information - but this is something that isn't really a big issue as everyone is so approachable you can just ask. Also the management team are actively improving this.
