      Pros

      - Wonderful people to work around for the most part, very welcoming community - Lots of benefits (insurance, phone, computer, etc) - Intense work environment, you are never bored - Supportive management and CEO - Great product and system to work in - Promotions are available

      - It can be stressful because it is a very busy work environment - Steep knowledge curve if you don't know the industry

      Pros

      Management cares to hear from employees - Kevin will personally handle calls and emails from employees anywhere in the world. The business cares about customers actually using the product, and listens to what the customer-facing engineers say is going on in the wild. You really feel like your managers and coworkers are listening to what you have to say, so they can build something with you.

      Cons

      insurance benefits are only average. Time off is pretty good, but not exceptional, promotions can be slow.
