Pros

The company is in a technology area (information security) that is growing a great deal, and their products have improved a lot. The new management team treats the employees with respect and provides much needed positive leadership, and the company really seems to be hitting its stride in terms of technology and sales growth.

Cons

Its a pretty fast-paced environment which doesn't work for everyone, but for those who thrive on a high level of activity, its a great place to work.

Pros

Great vision and benefits, offers a great balance between work and personal life

Cons

As with all companies there are challenges with setup. Employees receive a lot of benefits, almost too many.

Pros

Pay is very good, which in some cases may be due to the fact they are not only hiring top people, but have to attract them from out of state. You get full medical/dental/vision paid at 100% by the company for single employees. We have pretty much every holiday on the calendar, a very generous vacation package, quarterly bonuses based on sales targets, Christmas bonus not related to any targets, free catered lunch on Tuesdays. There is a general relaxed and convivial atmosphere, things get done and departments cooperate well (if you need help with something, you get it). Managers are pretty supported and mostly hands off (at least in my department), and weekly meetings are kept to an absolute minimum. You do your work, keep the deadlines, are are pretty much left to your own devices. The culture here is the product of Joel Bomgar's vision for a company he started with just another friend roughly eleven years ago. The company website makes it clear that his Christian beliefs are the basis for how he conducts business. However, contrary to what one reviewer has said, I never felt there was any effort at making others believe one way or the other. The idea is that ethical principles are to be applied to business and the way you deal with others. And in his case his ethical principle are Christian principles. That shows in the way he treats employees and shares profits. But we have Indus and Muslims, and people with long hair and tattoos and what have you, and that is never an issue. In other words, this is a pretty open and tolerant place. For the 10th anniversary of the company, the entire company, including the European staff, went to Disney World in Orlando for three days, all expenses paid. Not too many small/mid size companies are going to do that. Salaries are pretty good, and benefits are excellent. Managers are open to suggestions and in fact welcome input. Things get fixed, and while there are issues sometimes, things run smoothly most of the time. All and all this is a very good place to work, with nice people, good benefits and where employees are seen as the most important part of the company.

Cons

Nothing that really stands out. There is room for improvement in the way a few things are done, but that is to be expected.
