The faith-based attitude tends to cross the line a bit but it's usually manageable. Tend to be too focused on "Solution Selling" when in reality the product is not a solution - it's a superb technology, but trying to use a Complex Solution Selling/Marketing approach is not the right technique. Due to the company's core values/religious views, sometimes "slackers" are allowed to stay around too long. At times, management tends to be too soft on people that really need some discipline. Also, the number of meetings that sales staff are required to go to can sometimes interfere with productivity. Sales management sets growth goals that seem too eager.
