Pros

Very ethical organization with lots of good people - particularly in Ridgeland. Great benefits and HR is very supportive of any personal issues. SE team in particular is a great group of people - as is most of Operations and Support.

Cons

The faith-based attitude tends to cross the line a bit but it's usually manageable. Tend to be too focused on "Solution Selling" when in reality the product is not a solution - it's a superb technology, but trying to use a Complex Solution Selling/Marketing approach is not the right technique. Very little opportunity to be promoted and few senior managers are all that impressive. When you have a product that almost sells itself it's easy for people to glide

Pros

Friendly environment, management is open to all new ideas, FREE benefit package for single employees, tons of perks, good community involvement, problems get handled quickly and professionally, overall good corporate organization

Cons

Due to the company's core values/religious views, sometimes "slackers" are allowed to stay around too long. At times, management tends to be too soft on people that really need some discipline. Also, the number of meetings that sales staff are required to go to can sometimes interfere with productivity. Sales management sets growth goals that seem too eager.
