Good training materials Good medical benefits Engagement and general management presence is felt but not too "down-the-throat'/tryhard, which I appreciate. This is from the perspective of an individual contributor. Glad to be part of the team

Cons

Certain matters can only be handled cross time-zones by other teams etc, so certain expectations need to be managed

Currently, I can't think of any significant cons. Everything seems to be running smoothly, and I have had a positive experience so far.

Great communication style from all involved in the hiring process. Open and honest approach with regards to challenges and opportunities. Management are open to feedback. Goals are specific, measurable, realistic and timebound. Quick to provide feedback. Great work ethic and culture in the company.
