I am sorry the pay is not meeting your expectations. We do review it twice per year, and benefits once per year, to ensure that we are competitive but sounds like we have some more work to do in this area. Appreciate you being part of the team.

      Pros

      Managers and colleagues alike have been the best. Lots of work and lots of laughs and no attitudes (very, very refreshing). I think what strikes me most about this group is the consistent display of BT’s core values, not just lip service. Teamwork, Integrity, Humility, Passion, Accountability & Results are not only true within BTU but in every other section of the company I’ve interacted with. That and the collective expertise have been fun to be a part of. Thank you all very much.
