Pros

The office dress code is very casual.

Cons

The company culture and overall morale was in a total freefall in 2017 and Bomgar (BeyondTrust) had a rating over 4.0 on Glassdoor at the time. Look at it now. This company is a sad shell of what Joel Bomgaars created and you should avoid it unless you have no other option.

Pros

They have good benefits, which includes medical, dental, unlimited PTO, a good 401k match.

Cons

There was a negative shift in the culture. A lot of people left around the same time. This was sad because it was a great company to work for at one point.

I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. I am not sure I agree that we do not take turnover seriously. We internally publish our turnover each month on a company update and have had below average turnover over the past few years. Thanks for being part of the team over the last few years and best of luck with the next step in your career.

Pros

BeyondTrust has some of the best benefits you could ask for, and it's a culture where everyone gets along very well. You will make lifetime friends working there. There is opportunity to advance.

Cons

Although the leadership stresses how important their people are to them, they'll cut you loose at a moment's notice because they're "restructuring." Several of us who worked there for over a decade and helped the company become what it is today were let go and they didn't even offer to help us find a position elsewhere in the company.

I am sorry you were part of a restructuring. We are in a changing industry and at times have to go in different directions to stay competitive. We do try to see if there are other opportunities available for employees but given our size it is not always possible. However, we do have a decent number rehires each year so please stay in touch in case something comes along that fits your next steps. Thanks for the feedback.
