      Pros

      Great community vibe WFH potential Good Salary Good managers

      Cons

      While BT strives for diversity, inclusion and culture/values - unfortunately during my last year there (2023 - 2024) I saw a lot of pushing one side of the diversity spectrum while abandoning the other. [I wasn't the only one who noticed this]

I am sorry you thought our DE&I efforts were not effective. Our diversity data did not change during the time you mentioned but we may not have communicated this effectively.       Pros

      People are genuine and want to make a difference, sales enablement improved a lot in 2023/24 and a lot of positivity around identity security insights.

      Cons

      There are a lot of management who have been there many years and don't have much of an outside view and believe the BT way is perfect. When feeding back there does not seem the desire to listen to recommendations from outsiders.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations around change considering the amount of change that continues to be needed to be successful in this industry.
