      Under-Pays Employees

      Pros

      The environment from the managers is kind and are willing to listen to anyone's opinions. Fast paced environment under new leadership in marketing.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are only 1-4% max unless you're promoted then it's 6% raise. These are so far below industry standards that it doesn't make them comparable with other jobs. Raises and promos aren't based on results or level of work but my time at the company. You are also stagnant if someone above you doesn't leave then you can't ever be promoted.

      Appreciate the review. I agree our managers are a key to our success by not only supporting employees but also by reaching out to incorporate a team’s ideas to make us stronger. I am not sure our compensation data agrees with your sentiment around raises but I am sorry you feel that we are below market. We are planning on more education on how we do pay in the near future.       unfortunately my only pro would be is that they are a remote company.

      Cons

      Leadership is lazy and delegates all facets of their job duties. Management spends too much time talking down on current employees instead of focusing on job duties.

      Thank you for the review. I am sorry your time here is not going well. We spend a lot of time training our managers to be effective at their job. When looking at your area, it seems like they are doing a good job given our employee engagement scores and the % of new sales hires coming from internal SDR roles. However, it seems like we are not living up to your expectations so please reach out to your HRBP so they can help.
