      Great People, Great Company, Great Products.

      Pros

      Company culture and diversity. At Beyondtrust everyone are very helpful and show they care. The product set is great and is used through out the company. Plenty of room for growth and advancement. Great communication from CEO down and you feel you're very close to leadership. Working from home set up is great and understanding of work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary low but the benefits are great.

      Pros

      I have been at BeyondTrust since 2005. The company really cares about employee engagement, making sure that people are happy so that we are most effective. Benefits are outstanding, and culture is fun and energetic.

      Cons

      When I started with the company, there were about 20 people. Now we total about 1,000. The small company feel is gone, but that's really the only con I can think of.

      Thank you for your long term service at the company, we have grown a lot in the past 15 years and we are pleased you have been with us during that time. Although the small company feel might be gone, I am glad that we have been able to maintain our culture and caring for our employees.

      Pros

      Everybody is great, there are no people that want to avoid. Lunch catered every Tuesday. Free snacks in the break rooms. Weight room on premise. Excellent management. Yearly bonus.

      Cons

      International company, but pay scales are regional. I.E. someone doing the same job in CA will make more than someone in MS.

      Thank you for the positive feedback and I agree that this is a great place to work. It is the people who truly make it special but the lunches and snacks (when we return to the office) are a nice bonus.
