      Pros

      I have seen this company grow significantly over the years, and a constant has always been the quality of our people. Employees genuinely care for one another, and this has become even more apparent in the time of Covid-19. The executive leadership team at BeyondTrust is phenomenal and they are all excellent ambassadors of our culture and core values. BeyondTrust is an exciting place to build a career, and we have a very compelling product portfolio in a growth market.

      Cons

      If you like a fast paced environment where there's always plenty to do, you'll enjoy BeyondTrust. I think this is a pro, others would consider it a con.

      Fast Paced and Evolving

      Pros

      Not one day is the same as the company is determined to be in the top spot. Great leadership, they encourage change and fresh ideas but are also approachable and quite reasonable. Strong focus on employees and customers. Seems to be lots of opportunities here as there are a number of success stories that highlight their focus on internal movement.

      Cons

      Be prepared for a fast pace as the growth the company is experiencing can occasionally get a little heavier than expected. Identified gaps in some areas may have slower resolution than one would hope but there is more than ample evidence that these are not being overlooked and investments are being made to help. Lots of notable and strong progress to date that I believe reflects the great momentum the business currently has

      Get to be a part of various projects that helps shape the organization for the future.

      Cons

      Employees are expected to go outside of their job duties/responsibilities with no guarantee of progressing their career despite assuming additional responsibilities and job performance.
