Pros
The Software Security market is blazing hot currently with a large scale breach in the news nearly weekly, and BeyondTrust is right in the middle of it with two product families encompassing both privilege & vulnerability. The company continues to grow aggressively both from an annual revenue and headcount perspective YoY.
Executive Leadership is superb with a true vision for where the company is headed coupled with decades of Sales Leadership and, "In the trenches experience." Here in the Phoenix office, recently expanded, they have free snacks, a gym, fitness center, showers, sauna and even underground parking which is a huge perk come summer time. Also it's a very casual environment but still results oriented.
Cons
Small things with any company growing so quickly (no company is perfect after all), but nothing major. Have no concerns if looking to join BeyondTrust.
