Great management team, mpathetic, understanding and open. Fantastic culture, A feeling that you are part of something successful even as a remote worker. I always felt involved and informed about developments and changes. Good performance is recognised and rewarded. Also, fantastic products that speak for themselves.

Cons

None that I can think of.
